It includes many patient testimonials and the report of a successful university study on children with severe peanut allergies in which Dr. Goulding was the sole provider of the allergy treatments. About the Author: Born to Hanna and Jim Goulding of Cedar City, Utah, Shon Goulding graduated from Cedar High in 1982. After marrying Cindy Jensen while the couple were attending Southern Utah University, he relocated his young family to Las Vegas, Nevada where he worked as a finish carpenter for several years and attended Clark County Community College. In 1992, the Goulding's were expecting their fifth child and they moved to Davenport, Iowa so Shon could enter Scott County Community College to finish pre-requisites for Palmer College of Chiropractic. After He received his Bachelor of Science and Doctorate of Chiropractic degrees, the family moved to Layton, Utah in 1996 where he has been practicing ever since.
