Wajik Bandung adalah salah satu kue tradisional Indonesia yang terbuat dari ketan dan gula merah. Biasanya Wajik Bandung dihidangkan dalam bentuk segi delapan dan diberi taburan kelapa parut. Kue ini sangat populer di daerah Jawa Barat, khususnya di Kota Bandung.
Meski terlihat sederhana, membuat Wajik Bandung membutuhkan ketelatenan dan kehati-hatian dalam mengolah bahan-bahannya. Pertama-tama, beras ketan harus direndam dalam air selama beberapa jam agar empuk. Kemudian, ketan tersebut di kukus hingga matang dan diberi pewarna alami, biasanya menggunakan daun pandan.
