CARA PEMBUATAN Fried Chicken Dengan Tepung Kentuky:
1. Siapkan ayam dan cuci dengan bersih.
2. Potong ayam menjadi 10 -15 bagian.
3. Masukkan potongan ayam dalam BUMBU MARINASI
4. Ambil 2 SDM TEPUNG Ayam dan masukkan ke mangkok.
5. Tambahkan air secukupnya dan aduk hingga kental (tambahkan telur lebih renyah dan enak) yang
dinamakan adonan basah.
6. Masukkan potongan ayam ke dalam TEPUNG kering untuk mengeringkan permukaan potongan ayam.
7. Masukkan potongan ayam yang sudah kering permukaannya ke dalam adonan basah.
8. Masukkan potongan ayam yang terlumuri adonan basah ke dalam TEPUNG Crispy kering.
9. Tekan dan cubit potongan ayam sampai keriting untuk hasil yang keriting tebal (model FRIED
CHICKEN kaki lima) atau aduk-aduk potongan-potongan ayam untuk hasil yang tipis dan merata
(model KF* atau MCD*).
10. Ulangi sampai ketebalan yang diinginkan.
11. Masukkan pada minyak yang penuh dan panas sampai tenggelam seluruhnya.
12. Goreng hingga warna keemasan.
13. Angkat dan sajikan

8. Masukkan potongan ayam yang terlumuri adonan basah ke dalam TEPUNG Crispy kering.
9. Tekan dan cubit potongan ayam sampai keriting untuk hasil yang keriting tebal (model FRIED
CHICKEN kaki lima) atau aduk-aduk potongan-potongan ayam untuk hasil yang tipis dan merata
(model KF* atau MCD*).
10. Ulangi sampai ketebalan yang diinginkan.
11. Masukkan pada minyak yang penuh dan panas sampai tenggelam seluruhnya.
12. Goreng hingga warna keemasan.
13. Angkat dan sajikan
