MANFAAT:Jamu temu ireng diyakini memiliki khasiat sebagai penghilang gatal-gatal maupun bentol. Manfaat temu ireng lainnya bagi kulit adalah bertindak seperti zat antioksidan yang melindungi kulit dari paparan radikal bebas sehingga kulit Anda lebih kencang dan mencegah penuaan dini.
CARA PENGOLAHAN:Ambil temu hitam (seukuran ibu jari tangan), cuci, lalu iris tipis-tipis. Rebus dengan dua gelas air sampai tersisa satu gelas. Untuk mengurangi rasa pahit, campur dengan gula jawa atau pemanis (sirup). Setelah dingin, ramuan tersebut disaring, lalu bagi untuk dua kali minum, pagi dan sore hari sebelum makan
