SAGU AMBON 1 KG SAGU RANGI KEPING BAKAR KOTAK LEMPENG KERING
Sagu Ambon / Sagu Rangi sudah dikenal masyarakat Indonesia sebagai salah satu bahan dasar untuk membuat camilan bubur sagu yang sehat. Bubur sagu Ambon juga merupakan sajian spesial untuk menu takjil saat menjalankan puasa. Anda dapat mencoba membuat Bubur Sagu Ambon Gula Jawa yang memiliki rasa manis dan lezat tentunya dengan bubur sagu yang lembut di lidah.
Cara Membuat Bubur Sagu :
1. Pertama-tama rendam keping Sagu Ambon dalam air hingga lunak sambil diremas-remas, tiriskan .
2. Setelah itu rebus air, gula pasir, garam dan daun pandan hingga larut. Kemudian masukkan Sagu Ambon, aduk rata. Tambahkan talas, lalu masak sambil diaduk-aduk hingga matang .
3. Pembuatan saus : pertama rebus santan, daun pandan, gula merah, dan garam sambil terus diaduk perlahan hingga mendidih. Jangan lupa tambahkan nangka agar lebih nikmat. Aduk hingga rata, lalu angkat.
4. Terakhir sajikan Bubur Sagu Ambon bersama sausnya, selesai.
