There will be 32 pages per month and after every 32 page there is a separator of 120 GSM colouring page. (384ruled pages + 14 colouring page). After colouring this colouring page can be either framed (there is an option to tare) or can be just kept as a seperator in the book itsef. Colouring is an art therapy. It is a process of making and creating artwork,which can be used to "explore feelings, reconcile emotional conflicts, foster self-awareness, manage behavior and addictions, develop social skills, improve reality orientation, reduce anxiety and increase self-esteem."
