jagung hibrida super BISI 321 “Simetal”. Musim pertamanya saat kemarau tahun lalu dan yang kedua saat musim hujan tahun ini. Dua musim berbeda dilewatinya dengan hasil yang membuatnya sangat puas.
“Hasilnya luar biasa. Kemarau maupun hujan hasilnya tetap paling bagus dibanding jagung lain yang biasa saya tanam,” ujarnya saat ditemui di rumahnya yang ada di Desa Sumurmati, Sumberasih, Probolinggo, Jawa Timur.
Menurut Haji Ali, saat kemarau, dari satu kilogram benih Simetal, ia bisa mendapatkan hasil pipilan kering sebanyak enam kuintal.
