yuk yuk,... orang palembang setiap hari makananya pempek cocol cuko.... tapi gimana kalo lagi di luar kota palembang pasti bingung mau bikin cuka/ cuko pempek tapi bahannya beda kualitas sama gula di palembang jangan bingung lagi ya tinggal order gula arenku .... kualitas di jamin mantap gula nya tidak pahit....
cara buat cuka/ cuko pempek
bahan
gula arenku 500g
cabe rawit 100g klo seneng pedas bisa di tambah
bawang putih 100g
asam jawa/cuka putih/ perasan jeruk
cara buat;
hancurkan gula arenqu direbus dg air 500ml .. siapkan cabe rawit + bawang putih di blender masukan ke rebusan tdi trus masuk asam /cuka putih/ perasan jeruk trus setelah mendidih dinginkan trus disaring... kasih garam 1 sdm...
