i think it is quite good. when i bought it, i saw reviews that said it was good. when i saw the delivery, i was on cloud nine. in addition, the customer service was very good and polite. hee hee, next time i will come back to buy. such a cute, basic everyday tote. the large isn't oversized, so it's a perfect purse when you like a big enough bag to hold lots of stuff, but don't want anything bulky. the material looks way more expensive than it is and the outside is easily wipeable. you absolutely love this tote. i use this as a carry on for traveling and also as a work bag for my lapand everything else i need to carry for work instead of a purse..syi
