it was a normal shopping experience. i received my items in 2 weeks i should have ordered the box . it came in a plastic bag and a small regular box. it very heavy and does catch. i wanted to see if i really wanted the real thing and honestly it looks just like the real thing beautiful bracelet, i ask them if they have different silver metallic color, they have i think it looks very beautiful with silver, such a beautiful piece. not sure whether the backing behind the diamond pattern should be such, but no matter how i like please check the size information before you place the order,all dimensions are measured by hand,there may be some little deviations. hoping you are understand it,look for long term business with you..syi
