video diatas adalah proses saya mengelola daging rusa kering.
1. panggang daging rusa kering ( agar mudah di suwir)
2. tumbuk daging rusa kering
3. masak air panas lalu rendam daging rusa nya ( bisa juga di remas2 agar tidak terlalu asin dagingnya)
4. tumis bawang merah
5. masukan daging rusa yg sudah di rendam air panas
6. oseng2 dan masukan kecap
nb : dari step 4 atau setelah direndam boleh di olah sesuai selera masing-masing ( dicicip sedikit dagingnya ketika direndam agar tau seberapa asin daging sebelum diolah)
