Paket akan dikirim secepatnya jika semua pesanan ready, jika ada barang yang kosong akan dikonfirmasi terlebih dahulu kepada customer.

HARAP MEMBUAT VIDEO UNBOXING UNTUK CLAIM BARANG RUSAK / KURANG. Klaim kekurangan / kerusakan barang akan dikonfirmasi terlebih dahulu kepihak pengemasan paket. Harap sertakan video saat melakukan komplain. Batas komplain 24 jam setelah paket diterima, diatas itu tidak akan diterima komplain dalam bentuk apapun. Silahkan dikonfirmasikan terlebih dahulu jangan langsung memberi rating.
