This book focuses on effective strategies and best practices for Christian entrepreneurs and religious leaders who are responsible for structure, protocol and polity within a business and/or religious organization. My desire is to outline practices that will strengthen leaders who embrace a faith-centered philosophy and desire to manage their organization by Godly principles, the type of individuals who encircle faith and excellence. Its scope and range will equip individuals with the necessary tools needed in order to effectively compete in today’s environment without compromising their values, standards or moral beliefs. After reading this book, one should have a broader capacity to: · Challenge themselves to envision and realize their potential; · Understand how to manage their opportunities; · Develop proper mechanisms that serve to advance business and Christian relationships; · Support and enhance ethical business practices through the rotational ethical model; · Have a greater insight and appreciation for foundationally sound Biblical business strategies; and, · Understand how to properly align power and wealth.
