An Elegant tempura soup with a bright and clear color that makes use of the bonito flavour.
This is a straight-type tempura soup with an elegant taste and scent that uses bonito ichiban dashi and kelp dashi.
The bright and clear color of the ingredients and gives you a firm sense of taste, and you can enjoy both fresh fried tempura and side dish tempura.
Professional tempura sauce made with Katsuo Ichiban Dashi
For use with Tempura or to make Oyakodon
How to use:
- As Tempura Sauce: As it is.
- As Tendon (Tempura Don) Sauce: Mix 200ML sauce with 2~4 teaspoons of sugar, boil and reduce.
This is good for 2 x Tendons!
- As Oyakodon, recipe for 2 pax:
Ingredients: Chicken 100G, Onion 100G, 2~4 teaspoon sugar, 2 eggs, 200ML of this sauce and cooked rice.
Steps:
1. Cut chicken into bite sizes and slice onions.
2. In a pan, heat sugar and sauce then add chicken and onion. Once cooked, you can add eggs to it or cook the eggs in a separate pan.
3. Transfer contents from pan to bowl of rice. Serve!
Ingredients: Soy Sauce, sugar, fructose, mirin, sake, seasoning, amino acid etc, katsuo extract. Allergens: soy, alcohol, fish.
Tasty Tempura Dipping Sauce.
This is a dipping sauce for tempura which uses first brewing dashi stock. And the sauce uses soy sauce with GM free soy beans.
Please use the sauce without diluting for tempura.
Can be used for other dishes as well such as oyako don or Japanese stews.
