Augustus Gibbons (Samuel L. Jackson), an NSA agent is stuck in a testing situation. A vicious enemy has infiltrated the U. S. Army and is building a potent terrorist cell for assassinating the President of the country. Gibbons can trust no one in the corrupt system and turns to Darius Stone (Ice Cube) for help. Stone is a detained ex-army official who is currently serving his punishment in a maximum security prison. Gibbons believes that he is the only man who can eliminate the evil forces and save the nation. Together they must stop the brutal enemy.
