Lustrous satiny knit is soft and glides against other clothing layers. Pretty floral lace rows at bottom may be snipped by lifting the scalloped edge and carefully cutting all the way around. Snipping under middle lace row makes your pettipants 2-1/2 shorter snipping under top row of lace makes it 4-1/2 shorter.
