Our Rainbow Mix incorporates five vegetables - pumpkin, tomato, beet, spinach, butterfly pea flower - to create the most colorful plate of pasta.
Gigli is cone-like shaped pasta with ruffled edges, inspired from lilies, are soft and silky and good vehicles for any sauce. Most recommended for lighter cream and tomato sauces.
