This book is about stories of Eric Hiscock's early sailing days on "Wanderer II", off the coast of Ireland & Scotland, and his other two sailing boats: Dyarchy, and Tern II. This is more or less of how his long distance ocean cruises got started with him & his wife. In fact, this book includes the story of the first ocean voyage that they made. It shows how they got started and learned a lot "the hard way" along their journeys.
