Another treasure we found from deep inside Wae Rebo Village, Nusa Tenggara Timur. Despite the beauty of its scenery & culture, it grows coffee beans that we found unique while we roast it! Thanks to Paman Yosef as the coffee processor who has deep knowledge in coffee harvesting and processing.
Wae Rebo was like a first love when we visited there back in 2019. It was our first experience visiting an Arabica Coffee Farm in Eastern Indonesia. So, it is quite an honor when we finally got the opportunity to roast and develop the coffee. Feels like a spiritual journey! ✨
