Villa d'Este Style [signed] [first edition]

The cover is gray. The endpapers are silvertone. 135 pages; color, graytone, and browntone illustrations (mostly photos); 9 chapters; index. The setting is Lake Como in Italy. Laid-in is a time line of villa's setting and the villa; it has a 3/8 in. closed tear; two corners each have a crease line. The top ends of the cover's joints are a little wrinkled. The top, back corner of the text block is a little bumped. The top edges of the boards are faded; the bottom edges are less so. DJ: The top ends of the flaps are wrinkled. The bottom end has a 2 in. x 3/4 in., light stain. The back panel and the top end of the spine panel have shelf wear rubbing. Scans e-mailed upon request.
