Highlights: Usage instructions: rub on Method: apply 2-4 times to the chest, neck and back. Adults and children over 12 years: an amount of 2-3 teaspoons Children over 6 years: 1-2 teaspoons. Children over 2 years: 1/2-1 teaspoon 2-3 times daily and do not apply on the face. Inhalation: adults and children Above 6 years old only: melt 1-2 teaspoons in 1/2 litre of hot (not boiling) water.
