The C1/K30 Tungsten Carbide is a tungsten-cobalt carbide with an average cobalt content of 6%. Carbide tip has high hardness good toughness wear resistance high heat resistance and anti-sticking. With good milling and cutting performance carbide can run at higher speed than high-speed steel. Straight flute reamers allow chips to collect in the flutes when cutting. Well suited for most applications in shallow cuts. Suitable for use in through holes or holes without interruption such as keyways. Designed with the base substrate without any coatings good for general purpose applications. Widely used for processing and bore machining.
