SAHEB BIBI GOLAM This historical story flourished between the end of nineteenth century and the beginning of twentieth century.Bhutnath got a responsibility of breaking an old heritage zamindar house of Banamali Sarkar lane. During this breaking, many old situations were brought out. Bhutnath once spent a lot of time in this house of Bhumipati.When he came to Kolkata for searching a job, he spent some time with Brojorakhal. Brojorakhal was the private tutor of this family & also attached to some devotional activities. He sent Bhutnath to Subinoy babu for a job and ultimately Bhutnath was employed in a company of "Sindur" a cosmetic product named Mohini Sindur. Jaba was the only daughter of Subinoy babu. Jaba loves Supabitro. But once she came to know in childhood she was married to Atul Chakraborty. Bhutnath alias Atul Chakraborty in spite of knowing Jaba as her wife. became separated from Jaba for the sake of love . Ultimately Jaba married Supobitro. On the other side, chotoma, younger house wife of that zamindar house met Bhutnath when she asked for a box of "Sindur" .Bhutnath after this introduction became close to the lady. The husband of the lady was affectionatefor other women, so chotoma started drinking to make herself close to her husband. Once when she was on road, she was kidnapped in the processing.At the end,people got a skeleton from basement & Bhutnath by seeing the ornaments identified that the skeleton was of chotoma. Bhutnath became sad by her sudden demise. JIBAN MRITYU Ashoke Mukherjee is a well educated, honest, sincere and hardworking person who lives with his mother. Gopa, his lover lives in his neighborhood. Ashoke appointed as a cashier in a bank. But after some day he meets with police and got arrested. After returning from jail he understand that it was a conspiracy. But this whole incident actually demolished his all dreams. His mother was dead and he do not trace Gopa. Suddenly he helped a person and for his honesty and sincerity Ashoke appointed to look after his business . Gradually he became the owner of the business and started to take revenge against those culprits for whom he had lost some valuable time of his life. He takes a different look. Became a Sardarji and one day he meets with Gopa. Ashoke gives them a serious blow and takes his revenge. At last the truth prevails. CHOWRINGHEE Mr. Satyasundar (Sata) Bose is Shankar's co-worker and the receptionist at the hotel. Mr. Bose, played by Uttam Kumar, is shown to be extremely friendly, benevolent and loved by all. Being an efficient worker, he earns the respect and admiration of his boss, Marco Polo (played by Utpal Dutt). He and Ms. Sujata Mitra (played by Anjana Bhowmick), an air hostess who visits the hotel frequently, become close and they decide to marry. Sata resigns from his profession as a receptionist in search for a better living after their wedding. Sujata too decides to resign from her work since married women can no longer be employed as air hostesses. Unfortunately, just as she was about to take her last flight as an air hostess, she meets with a trajic air crash while take off that leads to her death.
