Australian imported beef Jack's Creek BLACK ANGUS SIRLOIN is "GF" (Grain Fed) "S" (Steer = young cattle), also called bullock, young neutered male cattle aged 2-3 years primarily raised for quality beef with lighter meat colour & ensure tenderness.
IT'S AGED, this means the beef has spent a certain period of time in a chiller at temperatures -1 to 2 degrees Celsius. Aging beef increases its tenderness and improves its taste, providing a stronger flavour.

- PERINGATAN! pengiriman paket makanan beku dalam kotak karton (tanpa styrofoam box) yang diterima oleh kastamer lebih dari 3 jam dari saat di pick-up kemungkinan akan ada beberapa bagian makanan yang mencair di bagian permukaannya, disarankan untuk segera dimasak/konsumsi. - PACKAGING FOR DELIVERY, in a tightly closed cardboard box with additional ice cubes in plastic (free) or you can get frozen thermafreeze ice gel that can be reused for better cooling handling in the packaging category.
- ATTENTION! frozen food package delivery in a cardboard box (without a styrofoam box) received by the customer more than 3 hours from the time of pick-up, there is a possibility that some parts of the food might be defrosted on the surface, it is recommended to cook/consume immediately. DO NOT REFREEZE FOOD THAT HAS ALREADY THAWED!
