HOW TO MEASURE
To choose the correct size for you, measure your body as follows:
Chest - Measure around the fullest part of your chest. The best way to do this is by placing the tape under your arms.
Collar - Measure around the base of your neck where a natural collar would sit.
Tips
Use a cloth measuring tape that can be pressed flat against your body for accurate measurements.To get accurate results measure on bare skin or on tight clothing.
