Manually rotate the winder clockwise using the screws as handles; or start the electric drill and make the winder rotate. 4. Recommended torque setting for 5 wires of 13AWG or 2 wires of 11AWG is about 8 to 10; for 3 wires of 11AWG is about 12 to 15.
