He has published extensively in these areas as well as developing resources and training programmes for schools, voluntary sector and other organisations. Tom is regularly invited to speak on the topic to audiences around the world. Tom is also the Programme Director for the MA in Character Education, a senior HEA fellow and has recently been awarded a National Teaching Fellowship.
