First edition, first printing. Signed, dated and labeled where author was in South Africa by author on title page. Hard cover published in 1992. Dark brown covers with gilt lettering on spine. Covers have a slight curve to their upper halves. Inside back cover has a plastic pouch glued to it where the South African post office put their customs documents.
