The War Against Germany is the U.S. Army's official pictorial record of the Normandy, Northern France, Rhineland, Ardennes-Alsace, and Central Europe campaigns of World War II. It is an impressive compilation of hundreds of the best pictures taken by U.S. armed forces photographers, specially selected and captioned by a distinguished team of Army historians.
