The Thefts of Nick Velvet [signed] [first edition]

First edition first printing of this collection of thirteen short stories featuring the character Nick Velvet. The stories were published over 12 years in various magazines. Included with the book is a typed letter and envelope from Ed Hoch saying the Ed is enjoyed seeing the book's owner and wife at the Crime Writers of Association dinner in 1990. The letter is typed on Edward D. Hoch letter head but signed simply as ED. The dustjacket Has light edge wear. Light sun fading to the dustjacket's spine. In near fine / very good condition. The book itself is not signed the letter included is what I refer to as being signed.
