The Teens' Solutions Workbook

Ages 12 & Up. Adolescents need a great deal of autonomy when working through their problems. But they also need new skills and insights to change attitudes and behaviors that are self-defeating. This workbook provides reproducible activities to help teens deal with common problems such as depression, social rejection and family problems. Activities include using solution-oriented language, brain-storming solutions, solving more than one problem at a time, finding solutions in small steps and focusing on the possible.
