The Primordial Father Wound: And the Glorious Freedom of the Children of God

“Do not let your hearts be troubled” (Cf. Jn 14:1). Why is this parting desire so important to Our Lord and yet so hard for us? The Primordial Father Wound takes up this dilemma, recognizing our worries as the symptoms of something deeper. It follows these symptoms to their often-unnamed source, maps out the road to healing, and sings of the “glorious freedom of the children of God” (Rom 8:21). It is a journey of discovering the beauty of our identity, an identity that has the power to change everything.
