Part One examines the questions: What is thought? What is space-time? What is life-death? Here, a basic understanding of the philosophy of the Gita can be obtained, providing a foundation for the author's comments on the Original Gita in Part Three. It discusses in the Chapters 1--3 the essentials of Eastern Thought in a consice form. The text is kept short so that we can ponder on a few sentences and evaluate for ourselves what has beeen written. The author's intention was that by distilling the essentials, we would be able to apply them in our dayly life.
