During the school day, I could never talk about how I felt because I didn't have the words to express those feelings. The words seemed hidden inside me! Buried Words by William Anxiety is a book of poetry that allows you to see words that have been hidden for a long time. For me, poetry is a way to express what you feel without speaking. Let the words leave the page and speak to you in a new, unique way. The words were always there, but I felt silenced. Through this book of poetry, you will read the words that I kept hidden from my childhood until my late thirties. I am also honored to share my words with other adults and children, who have kept theirs hidden as well.
