The author inscribed and dated this 303 page volume on the front free end paper. There is some light spotting to the edges and and papers. There is also a stain on the verso side of the Table of Contents, first page of text-mostly in the margins but scattered into the text, and the margins of the second page of text. There is also a stain to verso side of the front panel of the dust jacket. A previous owner has also noted several pages on the rear paste down in green ink. The dust jacket is currently protected by a clear removable cover. The dust jacket does not exhibit any tears or creases. The boards are covered in black paper, and have a red cloth spine cover with gilt lettering.
