The key that is the secret being shared in this book is to trust and obey God. She goes into detail describing how she and others have learned and applied the principle of casting their cares on Jesus--the Burden-bearer. In talking about an acquaintance, Laura, she writes, "Believing that He (Jesus) took full responsibility for that which she had committed to Him, she ceased to fret and worry." Since God's gifts are freely given, a person must have a receptive attitude she explains.
