2. Dapat menginfokan Nomor Order pembelian di Marketplace kepada Admin / Customer Service kami (yg bertujuan agar admin kami dapat cek tanggal history pembelian)
3. Kondisi Produk dalam keadaan Utuh termasuk Box dan Invoice asli harus ada sebagai syarat Klaim Garansi.
4. Kerusakan produk bukan disebabkan oleh Human Error (kena air, pecah belah, putus, etc)
5. Produk yang di claim garansi akan di QC terlebih dahulu oleh team kami pada saat barang diterima, jika ada terdapat indikasi kerusakan yang disebabkan oleh Human Error maka proses klaim tidak dapat dipenuhi dan Barang akan kami kembalikan kepada customer (setelah dibayarkan ongkos kirim oleh customer)
6. Kebijakan pertanggungan ongkir mengarah kepada kebijakan garansi dari masing2 produk (terdapat pada deskripsi produk)
7. Refund tidak diperbolehkan.
