A bright and intense Red Brown colour, this cocoa powder is ideal for coating truffles or for an amber dusting.
This cocoa powder is pressed from a balanced blend of selected West African cocoa beans. It is characterised by its harmonius taste, full-bodied flavour and refreshing, aromatic notes. First, the beans cracked open and their shells removed to preserve nothing but invaluable pieces of pure cocoa bean (nibs). These nibs are roasted and ground into fine cocoa mass, and the pressed to separate the cocoa butter from the powder. The end result is a fine, red-brown cocoa powder, great for decorating pastries, desserts and truffles, or for adding an intense chocolate-like colour and flavour to sponges, cremes, mousses and so much more.
