Tepung Rendam Boga Utama diracik dari tepung dan rempah pilihan, sudah ada rasanya dan wangi dari ekstrak ayam asli.

1. Potong ayam tipis-tipis sesuai selera, cuci bersih, lalu tiriskan.
2. Larutkan 10 gram marinasi ke dalam 20 ml air dingin, tuang ke dalam potongan ayam.
3. Aduk hingga rata, diamkan di kulkas paling sebentar 4 jam hingga meresap, lebih baik semalaman disimpan di kulkas.

1. Siapkan adonan basah : 100 gram tepung rendam dicampur dengan 300 gram air dingin.
2. Siapkan adonan kering : tepung kasar ditaroh di tempat yang lebar.
3. Celupkan ayam yang sudah dimarinasi ke dalam adonan basah, lalu celup ke tepung kasar.
4. Goreng di suhu 160-180 C sampai matang dan kriuk.
5. Angkat, tabur dengan bumbu selagi masih panas di kedua sisi, potong sesuai selera.
Varian rasa bumbu : salt pepper, bbq, keju, seaweed, balado, mie goreng, cabe pedas.
