Tepung RACIK BA-SOKU

Dibawah ini adalah TATA CARA UNTUK KEMASAN 125 GRAM. Jika akan buat 1 KG, TINGGAL DI KALIKAN ATAU DI HITUNG SAJA.
Nanti akan di update di lain waktu.
- 500 gram daging sapi/ayam
- Tambah telor 1 butir
- Es batu 2 sendok.
Cara - Cara :
1) Siapkan mix daging/mix buah kap. 600 ml. Bentuk kapsul/duduk. Saran mata pisau 4, agar cepat hancur & daging lembut.
2) Siapkan daging sapi 500 : 2 atau 250 gram.
3) Tepung RACIK BA-SOKU 125 gram : 2 atau 62,5 gram atau 3 sendok full.
4) Telor 1 butir & es batu 1 sendok makan.
5) Masukan daging 250 gram, di mix sampai halus.
6) Masukan Tepung RACIK BA-SOKU, Telur, Es batu 1 sendok makan di mix sampai halus.
7) Sebelum di cetak, adonan diamkan 3 menit
8) Siapkan air hangat, sendok kecil/sedang.
9) Adonan siap cetak.
Nb :
Setelah mengambang, tiriskan dan siap di hidangkan dengan berbagai olahan.

- 500 grams of beef/chicken
- Add 1 egg
- Ice cubes 2 spoons.
Ways:
1) Prepare the meat mix/mix fruit hood. 600 ml. Capsule/sitting form. Suggestions for 4 blades, so that it is quickly crushed & the meat is soft.
2) Prepare beef 500: 2 or 250 grams.
3) BA-SOKU RACIK Flour 125 grams: 2 or 62.5 grams or 3 full spoons.
4) 1 egg & 1 tablespoon ice cubes.
5) Add 250 grams of meat, mix until smooth.
6) Add BA-SOKU RACIK Flour, Egg, 1 tablespoon of ice and mix until smooth.
7) Before printing, let the dough rest for 3 minutes
8) Prepare warm water, spoon small / medium.
9) Dough is ready to print.
N.B:
After floating, drain and ready to serve with various preparations.
