On January 7, 1993 the author’s son ended his pain by taking his life. His pain ended and hers began. Tell Your Story Walking; One Mother’s Legacy is the story of her decision to live and her son’s decision to die. It takes the reader on an emotional, spiritual and physical journey through grieving, surviving and thriving. Using journal entries, letter’s to her son, poetry, haiku, and narrative the author discovers the healing aspects of writing, and walking. She discovers her inner strength which takes her from the bottom of the well of grief into the sunshine of life
