Tekwan kering awet selama 6 bulan diruang suhu tanpa freezer .
Tekwan cocok untuk perjalanan jauh, stok makanan dirumah, untuk acara kumpul keluarga, ulang tahun,arisan.
cara memasak tekwan kering :
Tekwan direndam dengan air dingin selama 9 jam, kemudian ditiriskan lalu dikukus sampai lembut kemudian angkat. Setelah itu baru masukkan kedalam panci tekwan yang sudah dimasukkan bumbu, setelah mendidih angkat, tekwan siap disajikan.
cara memasak bumbu:
Didihkan air sebanyak 1 liter masukkan bumbu satu demi satu ,bisa ditambahkan udang basah agar lebih sedap,campurkan tekwan yang sudah lembut .tekwan siap disajikan bersama kecap manis, cabe dan perasan jeruk kunci
