Through the Support Center, your new Frequency solution will put you in touch with our customers instantly. Tech Support: Error Unknown is an adventurous experience that puts you in front of a virtualized environment and combines modelling and puzzle elements. Use various computer tools to resolve client difficulties as a new tech support professional, or decide to alter programmes for your benefit. Exploit your device to maximize its capabilities, GPS locate missing devices, profile scans to extort clients, or suggest a reboot. You learn of a dispute between your commercial company and a renegade hacktivist organization attempting to bring them down while you are at work. Will you engage the hacktivists in secrecy, go up the business ladder, or assist law enforcement in exposing them? Will you instead pursue a more personal ideology? Key Features Utilize a cutting-edge computational conversation platform to connect clients and coworkers. Select a strategy for each circumstance in a sandbox computer simulation. Choose your team and gain access to additional Game modes. Find several major and minor resolutions. All players may play the Game because of its mouse-only interface. Action Game Error in Tech Support Unknown, you take on the role of a tech support worker who Quasar Telecommunications just employed. You work from residence and interact with clients via a unique operational platform in your new position. You must assist consumers with their technological problems as part of your employment, preferably in an acceptable way. After a few days on the job, Indigo, a "hacktivist" organization that is attempting to bring down Quasar Communications because of their disregard for client privacy and general avarice, contacts you. Additionally, the authorities looking into Quasar and Indigo will contact you. Error Unknown is one of those gamers that is hard to accurately explain because it doesn't fall into any of the more common video Game categories. Clients approach you in the fundamental action loop, and you respond by attempting to address their issues. Using a chat menu with a selection of essential phrases, you will communicate with clients to solve their difficulties. Asking them about their problem and how it came about, providing potential remedies that could or might not help, and then either asking them to turn in their smartphones if they are still covered by warranties or attempting to sell them more services if their phone is not
