Prewash with hot water (not boiling water )
for 3-5 seconds.
Recommended per serving:
6 baby chrysanthemum
8 goji berries
4 dried red dates
Steep chrysanthemum for 3 minutes. Then add goji berries and dates for another 2 minutes brew. Add sugar or honey to taste.
