Tidak bisa karena tinta yang terkandung di dalam Ecoline pen terkonsentrasi dan 2x lebih pekat daripada Ecoline biasa, sehingga kalau diisi ulang maka hasilnya akan lebih butek dan tidak terang seperti aslinya.
