Di mix dengan bahan yg berprotein tinggi
Cara pembuatan :
-masukan tepung crepes 1kg ke dalam wadah
-campurkan 800ml air
-mixer selama 5 menit agar adonan tercampur rata dengan baik
untuk pembuatan kaka2 tidak perlu repot2 mencampurkan lagi bahan seperti mentega,telur,ekstrak vanila atau gula karna semua bahan sudah tercampur di dalam tepung buatan kami !!

Jika adonan sudah di mixer, adonan bisa bertahan selama 12- 15 jam
Bisa bertahan selama 1 hari di dalam kulkas tergantung kondisi suhu tertentu
tepung ini juga bisa di buat sebagai adonan martabak manis hanya saja untuk adonan martabak masukan airnya lebih sedikit supaya tekstur adonan nya kental dan tambahkan 4 sendok makan margarin cair
