Cara penggunaan : plastik clip kecil marinasi(buat taburan ayam tanpa di kasih air) diamkan selama 15 menit...kemudian ambil putih telur terus campur ke air es, untuk tahap selanjutnya masukkan ayam ke tepung lalu masukkan ayam ke air es yg telah di campur putih telur, lalu masukkan lagi ke tepung di ulang samapi 2 kali proses, di usahakan ayam jangan di remas pada waktu memasukkan ke tepung biar teksturnya enggak menggumpal... ayam di gerak2kan sampi tepung jatuh untuk mendapatkan tekstur crispy pada saat di goreng
