Mau yang kriuk-kriuk renyah dan enak?? Telah hadir tepung crispy Amanah yang cocok untuk segala jenis makanan gorengan seperti ayam, udang, jamur, tempe, tahu, usus dll..
Dijamin CRISPY dan RUENYAH pake bangets.. Monggo diorder..
Komposisi :
Tepung, garam, lada, kaldu ayam, pengembang kue, bawang putih
Cara penyajian :
1. Siapkan potongan ayam/udang/jamur dsb yang sudah dibersihkan
2. Ambil tepung bumbu krispi 1 sdm lalu tambahkan 1 sendok air (agak encer)
3. Celupkan ayam, jamur, udang ke dalam tepung basah
4. Kemudian guling-gulingkan di tepung kering sambi diremas-remas sampai kertiting bersisik. Digibas-gibaskan agar tepung kering rontok.
5. Panaskan minyak yang cukup hingga ayam, jamur, udang terendam. Goreng hingga kekuningan. Angkat dan tiriskan.
