Steam vegetables, leaves, potato, pudina and many more. Idli plates for idlies and Dhokla plates for dhokla and thattu idli.Use bottom vessel and lid to make idlies or dhoklas. You can use all the 3 idli plates or 3 dhokla plates or in mix at a time. Pour water below the plate level. If you are going to use steamers then the bottom vessel is only for water. Pour minimum water up to the groove mark.
