Cara penyajian TEKWAN SUPI :
1.Bila pentol tekwan masih beku biarkan suhu ruang dahulu
2.Didihkan air ,untuk 1 porsi tekwan kurang lebih 250 gram air
3.Masukkan Bumbu kuah dan pentol tekwan , masak hingga matang kurang lebih 5-7 menit
4.Sajikan dengan toping sesuai selera (bila suka Tekwan segar bisa di tambahkan sedikit cuka putih di kuah)
